The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on ** regarding allegations of ***. The inspection was initiated on June 2, 2020 and completed on June 3, 2020. During this inspection, the licensing inspector conducted Interviews with staff, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
